Random Neural Fireflies

These little boxes have a sixty-four LED matrix driven by the same program as Random Neural Firings. Each LED flashes when a simulated-integrate-and-fire-neuron reaches its limit, and each neuron is coupled to its nearest neighbors such that there is a tendency for them to synchronize and fire together.
